		<description>I  HATE CHARTER!!! I had time warner cable for 8 years and loved them! then we moved out of their area and landed smack dab into a charter controlled area- awful customer service-theft-fraud through billing- you name it...I am so fed up i am ready and willing to give up my service entirely than to have to deal with this bozos...thank you for the number- perhaps someone with a brain will answer at that one, although i highly doubt it. Charter, you need to take your monopoly to india where you belong--we don't need your ripp off tactics here.</description>

		<description>To update everyone: The woman I spoke with in the Escalation Dept. was very nice and polite, she did exactly what she said she was going to do. So far, the issue seems to be solved, but we here at home will give it a  couple weeks and see if it stays that way.</description>

		<description>Look, doing TELEMARKTING for charter, comcast, and time warner- TELL THEM U ARE GOING TO DISCONNECT YOUR SERVICE- That is when they truely pull out the best deals for you- to keep you as a customer.  The escalations department is where we send people that are super mad, that we can not get called down- they say they are supervisers- in all reality, they have the same promos as all agents. Retentions is where you really want to go- tell them u have had it with the billing issues, and u are going to disconnect and you are going to switch to direct/dish, and they should pull out all stops to retain your buisness with them!!</description>
